Fair Use

We provide our services assuming normal business usage as outlined in our pricing schedules. Excessive use may result in additional charges or capacity limitations.

We strictly oppose any form of abuse, discrimination, rights violations, or activities that harm individuals, groups, or resources. Customers and their users ("End Users") are expected to uphold the same standards.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for their own behavior and that of anyone using our Products with their permission. This includes unauthorized users due to insufficient security measures.

By using our Products, customers agree to ensure End Users comply with this Policy. Complaints regarding customer or End User behavior will be forwarded to the designated contact for that account.

We reserve the right to take any remedial or preventative action deemed appropriate, including suspending or terminating services without notice, in response to Policy violations. No refunds will be issued for service interruptions due to violations.
