Shipping Costs

Free home delivery for orders over HK$400. Orders under the specified amount will require an additional HK$30 shipping fee via SF Express.

Delivery Area

Currently, we only provide delivery service in Hong Kong, excluding mandatory inspection buildings, quarantine centers, non-fixed addresses, border restricted areas, outlying islands, warehouses, locations that cannot be delivered via stairs and require access through a terrace, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, Tai O, and any areas where trucks are prohibited.

For designated products, they can be purchased directly from the Amazon.com platform, and shipping fees will be based on Amazon.com.

Delivery Service

We use SF Express for delivery service, and you can choose to have your order delivered to a commercial or residential address. We are not responsible for any delays or additional fees due to incorrect information provided.

After your order is shipped, if there are any issues with delivery, please contact SF Express at (852)273 00 273.

Delivery service may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, location, or other factors, and delivery times will be rescheduled. We will not provide additional notifications.

Please check your goods upon receipt. If the product quality does not meet production standards, we can arrange for an exchange within 7 days. For details, please refer to our exchange and refund policy.

The shipping address for the goods will be based on the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for any delays or loss of shipment due to incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order or out-of-stock products, we will arrange to ship them together when the pre-order or out-of-stock product is available. If the customer requests to ship the in-stock product separately, we will charge an additional shipping fee.

If an order cannot be successfully delivered, we will contact the customer via email to arrange for re-delivery, and additional shipping fees will be charged. If the goods are returned to us due to rejection by the customer, we will charge the relevant shipping fees (including round-trip shipping fees), handling fees, and order return processing fees, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

All refund procedures will begin after the goods have been successfully returned to us. We will not provide a refund for any missing goods during the return process. All shipping arrangements for orders will depend on the supply situation of the relevant products. If we are unable to provide any products or services on your order, we will notify you via email.
